When I finally found a scale that would go over 400lbs, I put it down on my bathroom floor, and I was terrified. Paralyzed with fear. My body refused to move forward, refused to step onto that scale. But my heart’s desire suddenly overwhelmed me, and I made that first step onto the scale.

ABOUT THE COACHING
My coaching is centered on 5 key components:
- Developing 7 habits needed for permanent fat loss.
- Customizing nutrition goals tailored to your unique goals. For most people, this will likely be a higher protein diet, with built in flexibility so that you do not have to eliminate any foods unless they are a binge trigger for you.
- Tracking those custom nutrition goals on MyFitnessPal. This is done in order to reinforce the concept of portion sizes and to help you lose weight without feeling hungry.
- Moving away from an all-or-nothing mentality toward food. Pizza is food. Beer is food. You can have both in some amounts, still meet your goals, and eliminate guilt over food from your life forever.
- Using two fundamental types of exercise: Fun exercise and large-return exercise. These are exercises that will fit into your everyday life so you don’t need to be in the gym every day.
